Since 01.04.2015, Annette Elias is the managing director of Interim Profis GmbH, based in Hilden, near Düsseldorf. After 8 years of successful management in the placement of interim managers with German SMEs, Annette has decided to channel her expertise in customer-oriented services into a second business model.

With SCOUTMENT, Annette Elias is now developing a subsidiary of Interim Profis GmbH that focuses on candidate recruitment for permanent positions.

Honoured as a role model entrepreneur, Annette Elias is involved in the Association of German Women Entrepreneurs and the Käte Ahlmann Foundation for Women in Leadership Positions, among others.

By the way: Annette Elias loves chocolate and coffee, and in her free time she loves to walk in the mountains.

Marketing manager

David Hoberg is an expert in online marketing and has been with the company since day 1. Coming from a self-employed background, he brings a lot of experience in social media marketing and media production. In the past, he has helped e-commerce clients from Europe, Asia and the USA to achieve more reach and visibility on the World Wide Web.

Now he uses his online marketing expertise to approach suitable applicants on the internet for clients and convince them to apply.

By the way:
David's second home is Portugal, where he also looks for suitable applicants. In his free time, David likes to ride his motorbike, is interested in electric mobility and is generally very innovation-driven and enthusiastic about technology.

 

 

Marie-Celine Baum
Marketing manager

Marie-Celine Baum has been part of the SCOUTMENT team since the beginning and is involved in the strategic and operational development of the company. Through her professional experience in international sales and marketing, she brings expertise in customer approach, customer acquisition and brand communication.

With her warm and personal way of communicating, Marie-Celine quickly identifies the needs behind customer enquiries and raises the cooperation with all stakeholders of the company to a friendly level.

By the way: Marie-Celine enjoys being artistic in her free time and is a passionate horse rider.

 

Adriana Álvarez
Talent Acquisition Manager

Adriana Álvarez has been supporting us as our first Talent Acquisition Manager since 01.03.2023. Adriana holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Murcia, Spain, and has just successfully completed her Master's degree in Human Resources Management.

She is a native Bolivian and speaks German and English in addition to her native Spanish.

With her expertise in recruiting, she is involved in (inter)national applicant communication and takes care of all issues concerning our applicants.

By the way: Adriana loves travelling, concerts and spicy food.
